Mark Wexler
Managing Director and FounderWith more than 22 years of experience across Australia’s energy sector, Mark leads Alpine Energy EV as Founder and Managing Director. A highly experienced electrical engineer and technology leader, Mark specialises in EV charging infrastructure, battery systems, distributed energy, and grid-edge innovation, with a strong focus on practical deployment in complex and constrained environments. His career includes senior engineering and leadership roles at United Energy, Wilson Transformer Company, and TxMONITOR. At United Energy, Mark delivered the world’s first pole-mounted battery and contributed to the rollout of high-voltage covered conductors following Black Saturday to improve network resilience and reduce bushfire risk. Today, he leads the development of off-grid EV charging solutions and provides engineering advisory services to leading OEMs.
Salli Lloyd
ESGBringing more than 20 years of experience in community engagement, sustainability, and stakeholder development, Salli is Co-Founder of Alpine Energy EV. She focuses on strategic partnerships, regional engagement, and community-led energy initiatives that support’s Australia’s transition to a more sustainable and resilient energy future. Her background spans sustainability consulting, renewable energy engagement, and regional development, with expertise in building trusted relationships between industry, government, and local communities.
